The Trading Economics Superset provides you with direct access to our datasets, making it simple to start querying and analyzing your data. Here’s how you can explore the available datasets step by step.

Step 1: Navigate to the Datasets Page

  1. Log in to Superset at superset.tradingeconomics.com .

  2. From the top navigation bar, select Datasets to view the available data sources.

Step 2: Browse the Available Datasets

  • The Datasets page displays a list of pre-configured datasets, such as:

    • WORLDBANK
    • COMTRADE
    • EUROSTAT
    • FRED

  • You can use the filters at the top of the page to refine your search:

    • Filter by Name, Database, Type, or Owner.

Step 3: Select a Dataset

  1. Click on a dataset name (e.g., “COMTRADE Snapshot”) to access detailed information about the dataset.

  2. This will take you to the dataset’s schema, where you can view the available fields and metadata.

Step 4: Perform Further Actions

Once you’ve selected a dataset, you can:

  • View and modify its metadata.

  • Query it directly in SQL Lab by selecting View in SQL Lab from the dataset menu.
